General Spa Policies:
Late Arrivals: We regret that we cannot offer an extension of time for late arrivals. Full fee of service will be due.
Jewelry:Please do not bring valuables to the spa. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cell Phones and Pagers:Please turn off your cell phones and pagers upon arrival.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Children: We respectfully request that you do not bring children less than 12 years of age.
Cancellation: For appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, 60% of the scheduled service will be due. If gift certificates or vouchers are valid, FacePlace reserves the right to redeem the value towards that missed appointment.
Gift Certificates:All gift certificates are non refundable. Lost gift certificates may be redeemed if(i) you are able to confirm date of purchase and method of payment (such as check #, credit card #)(ii) and the gift certificate is not expired.
Packages: Split packages will be charged individual service rates.
Pets: Pets are not allowed
