We regret that we cannot offer an extension of time for late arrivals. Full fee
of service will be due.

Cancellation
We require a 24-hour notice on individual services and 48-hour
notice on packages. |

Gift Certificates
Lost gift certificates may be redeemed if
(i) you are able to confirm date of purchase and method of
payment (such as check #, credit card #)
(ii) and the gift certificate is not expired. |

Packages
Split packages will be charged individual service rates. |

Pets
Pets are not allowed except for Guide Dogs. |
