Late Arrivals
We regret that we cannot offer an extension of time for late arrivals. Full fee
of service will be due.

Cancellation
For appointments canceled less
than 24 hours in advance, 60% of the scheduled service will be due.
If gift certificates or vouchers are valid,
FacePlace reserves the right to redeem the value
towards that missed appointment. |

Gift Certificates
Lost gift certificates may be redeemed if
(i) you are able to confirm date of purchase and method of
payment (such as check #, credit card #)
(ii) and the gift certificate is not expired. |

Packages
Split packages will be charged individual service rates. |
